Attention APSCURF members enrolled in the dental and vision plan

Those APSCURF members (retirees) who purchase UCCI Dental and/or Davis Vision coverage should be receiving new coupon booklets from NCAS within the next few weeks.  The new coupon booklets will be generated on Saturday, January 10 and mailed to the plan’s participants on Monday, January 12, 2009.  The coupon booklet will provide payment coupons from February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010.

The good news is there will be no premium rate increase within the plans so the monthly premium for the upcoming contract year will remain the same.
