Retired APSCUF-ESU Member Joe Cavanaugh Honored at September Legislative Assembly

Dr. Joe Cavanaugh was awarded the Distinguished Service Award at the state APSCUF Legislative Assembly on Friday, Sept. 23, for his service in all aspects of faculty life at ESU and APSCUF. For photos and more, please visit the state APSCUF blog.
